Sat. July 13 & Sun. July 14 we will having our "Customer Appreciation Days"! Everything in the store will be 20% off (over $20) with fresh merchandise and we will also be unloading a massive contents-of-house from West Chester just for you. This is a 4000 sq. ft. house with incredible finds from cupboards, tables, benches, four bedroom sets and more. Bring your truck! Sorry, no early bird buying, you just grab a tag and run for more!!!
This Sunday June 30th, we will be at the Brooklyn Flea Philly Market
at the Piazza Northern Liberties, Phila. PA.
So much to do so little time...we are already signed up for the Fall Clover Markets and we're getting ready for the massive Barn Market here at the store.
The Barn Market dates are Sept. 7th & 8th. We have the BBQ "Founding Fathers Barbacue" Al the "Tool Guy", ABTiques, Gypsy Fish, and more. This is also the same weekend as the Mushroom Festival and Chadd Fords Days!
We are hitting the road this Spring! If you can't make it to the shop, maybe you can meet us halfway. You can find us at a few of our favorite markets: Vintage Garage Sale in West Chester and Clover Market in Ardmore. And, don't miss us at the first-ever Brooklyn Flea Philly, where you'll get a taste of the Big City, right here in the City of Brotherly Love.
On May 18 & 19, visit the shop for our Annual Spring Fling, featuring our finds from five-days of hardcore picking in Brimfield, Massachusetts. We'll also have our regulars, Al the Tool Guy (not Tool Time Al from TV), Janet with the antique trunks and Joanne from Abtiques. Don't miss Founding Fathers BBQ's incredible "Forefather" sandwich, slathered with scrapple, sirloin and syrup. Those guys stop Route 1 traffic with just the scent of their smoker!
So, add these dates to your calendar, rev up your engines, and we'll see you on the road!

It seems like just yesterday that we were named as the Best Antiques Store on the Philly Hot List for 2011. Well, it's time to defend our title for 2012!
Help us continue our reign by voting us as the Best Antiques Store on the Philly Hot List, sponsored by phl17. The voting just opened, but we need to have a strong start and stay on top for the next month.
Vote right now! You can only vote once, and you have to register in order to vote. But it only takes about a minute to do so.
Thank you for supporting us, and helping to keep Brandywine View Antiques THE BEST!!
We'll be at the Vintage Garage Sale in West Chester from 4pm to 9pm on Friday, July 6th.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
It's time for some spring cleaning! Join us for The Great Unload from 10am to 5pm on May 19th (and May 20th, for leftovers) .
We'll be pitching our tents and filling them with truckloads of fresh finds from Brimfield, vintage home goods from freshvintage, antique tools and hardware from Al the Tool Guy and beautifully-refinished trunks from Janet the Trunk Lady. We'll also have free hot dogs and lots of deals inside the store.
This is a can't miss event! And while you are in the beautiful Brandywine Valley, hop over to Chaddsford Winery for a wine tasting. Or enjoy a few hours at Longwood Gardens for the Spring Blooms. Or take in the Uncorked! wine exhibit at Winterthur Museum. There's so much to see!
We're going from the attic to the porch today! But...before we start, an announcement for local customers: Lisa will be unloading her extra inventory at the Pennsbury Township-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, April 28th from 9am to 2pm. Look for the BIG white box truck. And Lisa's smiling face!
And now for a top-down tour of our freshly-painted store! The third-floor is filled with beautiful cupboards, dressers, lamps, garden accessories, vintage hand-painted signs and architecural salvage:
On the second floor, you can find a huge array of traditional antique furniture, jewelry, primitives, tools, and benches on benches...
And the RED room is now a creamy white. Visit the shop and see for yourself. This cupboard was made by Reclaimed Crafts with two antique solid wood doors. Gorgeous!
And on the other side of the "white" room, an 1880s pine wardrobe, painted stepback cupboard and dresser.
And now, for the porch...
Industrial coffee tables and a dairy crate (perfect for wine storage)...
Farm table made from architectural elements...
Mid-century bamboo patio furniture...
This huge Finzel's Restaurant sign would look perfect in a kitchen, family room or studio.
Stop in the shop for a better look at all of our new inventory, our refreshed rooms and a few surprises. There might be some sweet treats that you won't be able to resist. You'll have to see it to believe it!
P.S. Our phone works again! Alleluia!
